AAC Mission

The American Association of Chile is a non-profit, non-political organization serving and uniting the citizens of the United States and their families, and striving to build strong bridges between our members and the Chilean community.

AAC Goals

• Since its founding in 1919, the members meet monthly to welcome newcomers and, above all, to provide each other with a vital network of support. The organization currently sponsors numerous activities, clubs and events, such as our book club, gourmet club, bowling, bridge, day trips, golf, out-to-lunch bunch, quilting and sewing groups, tennis, family events, children’s parties and formal/informal evening events.

• In addition to the social aspect of the organization, the AAC also has a very active social service program. Primarily supported through corporate contributions to our Sponsor Program, our members volunteer annually to more than 20 Chilean charities.

• Membership in the AAC is open to all citizens of the United States, their spouses, children, or parents, and citizens of other countries who are English-speaking.
