One of the most important aspects of the AAC is the Social Services program. We work to help those less fortunate in the Santiago area, with a special focus on women, children and the elderly in the areas of education, health and general welfare. There are six areas in which we work:

1. Special Projects We select projects through an application process from area organizations, and we support them financially and/or through in-kind contributions.

2. Scholarships We provide assistance for a student to attend university or trade school.

3. Sponsor Program We encourage local businesses and individuals to provide financial and in-kind contributions for the projects we support.

4. Donations We provide opportunities for our members to contribute specific items for our projects and other worthy causes in the Santiago area.

5. Fundraising We raise money for our Special Projects through fun and creative ways.

6. Hands-On We offer opportunities for our members to get involved in serving others in both one-day and on-going projects.
